Students will be able to rate the course based on the experience they have had. It happens that at times, the user’s expectations are not met and we should remember that reviews are opinions and teachers should not take this personally.
The review system we have in Domestika is weighted with the total amount of reviews received for that course. Therefore, it is likely that the more reviews you get through time, the overall score becomes more balanced and with a better reflection of the opinion of your student base.
If you identify or you hear from a student that their expectations are not met with the purchase of your course, you can let them know that Domestika has a strong policy for changes or refunds that they can claim as long as it is in compliance with our company policy.
